Email Marketing Policy
Our mission is to help businesses make better purchasing decisions. As part of that effort we use a variety of techniques to distribute content to our audience, including syndication on third party sites, paid search, and permission-based email. Our permission-based email channel is valued by our audience as an effective tool to digest a lot of valuable business content. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (the federal law governing commercial email) and all other applicable laws regarding commercial email and we require all of our third party partners who use email to distribute our content to comply with these laws as well.
