If the salaries were distributed more equally, for each CEO salary you can create or save ideally 530 “average workers” because a CEO salary is 531 time higher. Even if CEO has a salary 30 higher, you could save 500 “average workers”. Doing this exercise, you will need 800 CEOs to save 400,000 jobs. I don’t know exactly how many CEO there is in the USA, but I am pretty sure there are more than 800 CEOs!

CEO's take that salary home because of the amount of stress they handle combined with constant pressure to increase the top line so that they can keep their employees on payroll. May be few exceptions, but if each employee were to think like a CEO and take all the risks they take, unemployment is not their topic of discussion. Start with innovating yourself, take responsibility for your actions, habits and take a very sincere look at what you can create or how you can serve the market with valuable services/products. - Best to all
