Is Your Boss Younger Than You?
The US workforce is aging as those who have jobs tend to keep them longer. Many Americans now continue working to and beyond age 65 out of necessity. Fresh graduates who are able to find jobs often start out in management positions and are very likely to have employees much older than themselves. A recent survey of people who work for younger bosses shows that the older a worker is, the less likely age difference is to be a problem.

Dude, that phrase alone means you're well over 50. Get back to work.
I'm 29, and IT Manager, no degree, with a GED--but do have relevant college coursework. I have an office of nearly 10 people that I lead.
It's probably tough at first for someone to get used to, but after a while I've noticed some of my staff is taking a liking to me and changing their personalities a little bit--having more fun at the same time as being successful. The oldest person is nearly 60.
I found this funny video about a young boss.
