Mobile VoIP: Coming to your business in 2010?

All of the leading carriers are struggling with how best to support mobile VoIP -- users want them, but carriers see them as threats to revenues. Meanwhile, Apple's iPhone, Google's Android, Microsoft's Windows Mobile and RIM's BlackBerry all offer varying levels of support for WiFi and VoIP applications such as Skype and Fring. So is your company using or planning to use mobile VoIP? If so, which carriers and platforms do you think will deliver the support you need? If not, why not?
