How do you measure the success of your mobile sector?

Specifically for mobile, what analytics tools do you rely on, how do you assemble and distribute the information so that it is meaningful, and what type of analysis do you you provide with your metrics, if any?

I try to help our businesses align their business goals with metrics, identify KPIs and targets, and then measure using SiteCatalyst. This tool from Omniture/Adobe is a beast but it is what our enterprise uses. In attempting to filter this data into some easily digestible format, I have had to create a Mobile Web Analytics Best Practices Guide for businesses to understand what and how we are attempting to report mobile success, create reports and dashboards, but it still is not enough. I have looked at Flurry and am considering this for our apps simply because it is free and it generates "pretty graphs" without me having to do it. I read recently that the MMA is tacking this same issue in the coming months and I am interested to see what they say, but in the mean time I would like to know if anyone else is struggling with mobile metrics/analytics. I do daily.
