The net result is that I still believe Klout is seriously flawed. Maybe we can have some more dialogue (debate) here on Focus... I'm sure it will be an interesting discussion!
Apologize if this comment shows up in addition to the one I submitted earlier which seems to have disappeared. Focus has a tendency to "lose its place" occasionally...

I haven't seen too many people defending Klout in the recent brouhaha - other than Klout folks, of course. Most of the responses to the newly-impassioned critics that I've seen have been from people who seem to have had a more balanced perspective all along (i.e., they new it was flawed) and think the latest uproar is a bit of an overreaction.
