My Entrepreneurship as a Parent

This highlights my experiences, expertise, and the expert-ease that I gained in years of being a parent of twins from the "my daddy" side (the other side being the "my mommy" side), and in the process guided, was guided, and managed - from pragmatic thinking to practicing to parenting - the 360-degree view of which I term as "My Entrepreneurship as a Parent". Enlisted below are a cheat-sheet of tips that I have followed, following, and will continue to follow as cue tips that enabled me to graduate from parent-in-lead to parent-indeed and hope that it will be some enjoyable reading for all parents-to-be, parents-in-lead and all those interested in being parenting-friendly. The center of interest in this is, taking parenting as a management and leadership discipline, and just like any other "project management" it too needs pragmatic thinking and practicing-in-time - that goes beyond people management in terms of its real life implementation.

1. 'Understand where you stand!' in alignment with the famous quote "Like father, like son".

2. Diversify is mutually inclusive by way of being compatible, compliant, and as complimentary as confidence-of-a-child!

3. Skill-set has no Sunset! Only Son-to-Daughter Rise!

4. There is a difference between 'no more toys' and 'toys, no more'. When pronounced the 'hidden' comma in the latter acts like a hidden camera to matter-the-most!

5. Success is a linear progression from 'toys, no more' to 'toys galore'!

6. 'Cover-to-cover' is not the same as 'cover-by-cover' AND 'step-by-step' gains and 'step-over-step' pains.

7. It's either 'Heart' or 'No Heart'. There's no in-between. And emotion is nothing less than 'a bridge between empathy and sympathy'. Balancing this bridge is what I call as Emotional Experience that eventually raises the bar on EQ (or Emotional IQ).

8. Nobody is useless! It's only that his/her use is 'less' recognized by the rest. Hence 'useless' gets a new definition as 'USE-less' with the hyphen representing MORE than the originally 'less' recognized.

9. Taking risk is like being in a spiraling staircase that is revolving at the same time - in seemingly yet unnoticeably high-motion. And taking a 'calculated risk' is akin to recognizing this rotation-in-motion and allowing to rest onto revolution so that it becomes measurably 'high-definition'!

10. Appreciation is always better than depreciation immaterial of the generation in context! And in today's world of best-of-the-best, it's appreciation that matters more than anything else to be always better than the best!.

11. Standing motionless does not mean emotion-less. Hence, there's no emoticon for 'standing motionless'. View this as a signboard that headlines as 'Digital Natives, Be Aware!'

12. 'Give-n-Take' is power-full in terms of strengthening the bond between two. It can still mean 'power less' (read 'power is less', hence no hyphen betwixt). The 'power-less' or for that matter 'powerless' is for Non-'Givers-or-Takers'.

13. You can mix, merge, and/or match facts and fables, but that doesn't count as 'fiction' until and unless it doesn't lead to any 'friction' - either necessarily or sufficiently or both.

14. Learning by listening is at least on par with learning by reading-and-writing. And that's why putting 'cognition' before 'recognition' - alphabetically or otherwise - does pay off wisely, be it in the long run or in the last mile of the run.

15. Veggies are simply the simple single source-of-'HEALTH-IN-PINK'! They are both 'dish-n-delicious' at the same time. Of course, it all depends on one's 'wish-n-willingness' to 'relish them to cherish them'. And you'll see the 'cherry' blossoms of your health for yourself! Veggies are two-green, lean, and mean (a lot when it comes to nurturing the Nature's-way). The bottom line - Selection and Choice too can come with dish-relish-cherish-delicious included in them!

16. The 'Sweet en' sixteen' - the journey from primary to prime loops back to 'Primary en' prime'. Just as 'taking a deep breath is breathtakingly enjoying', so is 'parenting deep-in-depth and affectionately enjoying'! Hence continuing the same with a few beans thrilled from twins' words, as follows:

"Spiderman, Ironman, Superman,....,LakshMAN!"

"Daddy, 'Don't Think, Just Drink' " repeating the quote from the movie IRONMAN II

When I said "Come on, it's five to eight", the reply comes "Daddy, I still have five minutes left".

And it goes on and on....

17. You can't beat it without beating it! This is what I call 'dialogue en' monologue'!

18. Think Tanks come-n-go with Thanks! Hence do not take such thoughts with a grain of salt. Instead take each one of these thoughts as grains of thought and your takeaway is a Train-of-Thought!
