Mireles is principal of Allen Mireles Marketing, a an integrated marketing and social media consultancy based outside of Toledo, Ohio, and founded in 1993 as Allen Mireles Marketing Communications. The firm has a diverse international client base in healthcare IT, manufacturing, and education.

Allen Mireles is a member of Dell Computer’s inaugural Consumer Advisory Panel (DellCAP), a founding member of Social Media Breakfast Toledo, a member of the Social Media Club and a guest lecturer for the University of Toledo, Bowling Green State University and Lourdes College.
