I am result and customers oriented, passionate team leader who is always trying to gain additional value to customers. I am always able to communicate effectively among different stakeholders and take responsibility for the final result.

My work related experience is mostly related to Microsoft technologies. I have very good intellectual abilities, well-developed problem solving and analytical skills. Familiar with such methodologies and processes: CMMI, RUP, Scrum, Kanban, MSF, SPICE – and able to combine them to achieve best results in a certain context.

Basically I always do what i am best at – getting things done.
