How can I ensure I don't get blacklisted?

Without too much trouble at all...
1. Only send email that people have requested (defacto : Confirmed double opt in)
2. Ensure email is (always) relevant
3. Include (easy) unsubscribe option in every message
4. Honor unsubscribe requests (quickly)
5. Remove your bounces more
