If you can't give an employee a raise, what are other ways to reward them?
A more significant job title, an office if they are in an open space area, time off, training/personal development, better toys (laptops, mobiles etc), benefits that may not cost you much as employer but saves the individual money (gym membership, mobile phone usage...) public recognition ... more
