Anne Messenger, a career strategist who has been in the field of human resources for 26 years, founded Messenger Associates (www.amgr.com – “We grow people”) in 1997, focusing on people and their professional growth through career management, coaching and outplacement. A Wellesley College graduate, Anne is a past board chair of Onondaga Community College, Syracuse Stage and the CNY Community Foundation. She is a board member of Centerstate CEO, the Health Advancement Collaborative of Central New York, KeyBank's District Advisory Board and St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center Council of Advisors. She is Chapter Chair of the Syracuse Chapter of the Women Presidents' Organization. She is a winner of the CNY Business Journal's 2002 Women in Business Award, Syracuse University's 2005 Ann Michel Distinguished Entrepreneur Award for Small Business and 2008 Community Entrepreneurial Leadership Award and the SBA's 2009 Woman in Business Champion of the Year Award (Syracuse District).
