What is the best tool for validating bulk email addresses?

Hi Conrad,
I recommend using a 3rd party as 1. they are relatively inexpensive 2. they have tons of IP addresses at their disposal and 3. you can easily have your own IP blacklisted if you attempted the process yourself.
