Anthony Green

I am a managing partner at AVAS Partners. We are a small business consulting firm helping business owners reach their goals and develop strategies and operations for their long-term success. My firm is based upon utilizing the entrepreneurial spirit within our clients and ourselves to develop practical, yet innovative solutions to the most pressing issues. Our clients are often asking themselves one of three key questions before we start working with them:
1) Why am I not making a profit or the level of profit I am expecting?
2) Why is my competition doing better than me?
3) Where should I go from here in order to reach my goals?

I have worked led a variety of organizations ranging from real estate management to advocacy. I previously spent 4 years teaching a high-intensity leadership development course where I taught a courses ranging from resource management to operational planning to subordinate motivation. Recently I have consulted on strategic issues for organizations ranging from start-ups to multi-million dollar research institutions.

I hold a Doctorate of Philosophy in Chemistry from the University of Chicago where I focused on the development and commercialization issues surrounding a biotechnology. My time in graduate school was split between the Chemistry lab and the Booth School of Business courses.
