As a Telecommunications Professional I've successfully resolved business concerns with new technology - specifically gaining performance improvement capability to Network Integration, Call Centers and Daily Operations.

My most profound rewards however have been attained by turning capability into actualized savings and performance efficiencies through the investigation of the work-flow process - identifying work-flow conflicts to management. The key has often been the "people" in the process - removing conflicts along the entire work-flow process ensures cost savings and/or performance improvement are maximized. What that often means is displacing the need for additional resources, hardware or system tweaks.

I'm passionate about total business solutions that engage management, user, process and technology! I've leveraged my technical skills with the ability to champion high visibility projects to upper management and glean support from end-users, team members and vendors!

Fully-equipped to "hit-the-ground-running" driving issues (i.e. cost-reduction, business applications, platform migrations, service levels, network consolidation) to closure in an accelerated fashion.
