How can you determine whether or not a best-of-breed ERP strategy is right for your business?

Don't think it's a matter of best of breed but what vertical are you in and what solutions are out there that have that specialization...if you're looking for specialization. Is best of bread really mean specialization to you? There really aren't good out of box ... more

I am a smaller company in need of an ERP solution. Will I get the same support as a bigger company if I decide to go with one of the big names like Oracle or SAP?

Agree. Working with a partner that implements big or small vendor solutions is the best approach and can offer you customized implementations depending on your vertical. I don't think it's a vendor question but vertical and Partner question. more
