As founder and principal of Coaching Works, Bob helps individuals and organizations make the most out of their passion and talent. This includes business executives, sales and business professionals, entrepreneurs, individuals in career/life transition, and business owners. In this regard, he provides public speaking, executive-leadership, entrepreneurial, life/career transition, and organizational coaching services. In addition, Bob provides facilitation, leadership development, training & development, communication skills development, talent management, and personality assessment services for businesses and organizations.
With 20 years experience as a television meteorologist at a number of mid/major markets across the country, Bob is also an adjunct faculty member at the Connecticut School of Broadcasting in Charlotte. He frequently provides keynotes for professional organizations and classroom instruction for area schools and local universities.
He especially enjoys giving back to the business community. At ProNet Charlotte, he provides Job Search Team facilitation, career transition coaching, mission statement development, strategic plan development, and interview skills training for business executives in career transition.
He has a B.S, in meteorology from Penn State, and an M.S. in counseling from the University of Southern Maine (USM). He is certified as a Professional Coach through USM, Certified WorkPlace BigFive ProFile (WB5P) Consultant, Certified ChangeWorks® Analyst (CCA), Certified MasterStream Professional (CMSP), certified mediator, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and Professional Development Chair for the International Coach Federation, Charlotte Area Chapter (ICF-CAC).
