Brian McKenzie

I began my career as a Client Care professional with a small start-up. After three years, not only were we able to grow our business (which eventually lead to the acquisition by Blackboard) but we created an entire industry in the process. I graduated from Client Care in 2008 and began working in Sales Operations with a focus on pipeline management, forecasting, sales tools development and sales training. In 2010, I accepted the challenge of implementing a Sales Enablement function at Blackboard with a specific focus on knowledge management.
