How do you get a company - and it's leaders - more comfortable with taking a risk here and there?
In my organization, we have a large amount of young talent. Many of them seem to be unaware that risk is part of the game. Bringing awareness around the idea of risk and moving outside your comfort zone has had positive effects in this regard. ... more
