Charina Flores

Charina L Flores has over 14 years experience in strategic Human Resources Management and Six Sigma application and implementation. Charina is an expert at applying Six Sigma to Human Resources to directly measure and improve a company’s bottom line.

Prior to The Barbelo Group, Charina held various leadership and executive positions at top HR Organizations around the world. She produced significant cost improvement for companies such as Allied Signal, Honeywell, GE, Pepsi, Sara Lee, SK Telecom and Boeing. Her expertise took her to different locations such as Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Colorado, Texas, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Montreal (Canada), Shanghai (China), Seoul (South Korea), Basingstoke (UK) and Toulouse (France).

Charina is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Management. She is Professional Human Resources (PHR) certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) since 2001. As an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), she collaborates with other HR leaders nationwide on solutions to labor issues and innovative ways to improve HR management.

Charina has a degree in Business and Political Science from Arizona State University and a Masters in International Business Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
