Does the Versly acquisition mean Microsoft's productivity tools have a long runway vs competitors?
Depends on what you mean! Microsoft already has SharePoint, O365, Lync, Skype, Nokia - Google has their apps and Google+, you have Jive, Facebook with OWA and messaging - I think Cisco needed to do more than just say "we have WebEx"... more
