How will Amazon's new cloud-based Simple Email Service impact the email delivery services landscape?

I think it will have some effect, but not a large effect. First off, Amazon's deliverability to the inbox isn't the best by far, and adding outside messaging to their process isn't going to help those numbers.

Permission vs. relevancy.
