Christopher Winters

My expertise is a collection of experiences gained through nearly ten years in the U.S. Army, and currently eighteen years in the Construction Industry, much of which in Management/Labor Relations. During that time my tasks regularly rotated around mediation, contract negotiation, crisis management, communications and educational outreach. In the years mentioned other than daily attention to detail two major programs were developed under my office, a National Tribal (Native American) Affairs Department, and Governmental Affairs - Helmets to Hardhats Liaison Position (outreach to transitioning soldiers in surrounding installations) to support the national program already in place. I am a life Member in the Disabled American Veterans Chapter #18, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #91, and am a seated member with both the Inter - Tribal Warrior Society and the Puyallup Tribal Veterans Council...I am an enrolled member of the Muscogee Creek Tribe of Oklahoma. Currently I hold three other offices as the Sgt. - at - Arms for three local Building Trades Councils.
