Do you know of any companies that are offering support over Facebook successfully?

I want to use Skype for customer support either through facebook or direct. Privacy concerns make me wary since face to face discussion needs privacy. Has anyone tried this method or what results have you had? more

How do you encourage institutional knowledge sharing?

Often the bulk of company culture is learned through "osmosis" from veterans to newer associates. Everyone should have pleasant communication experience between peers. Formal coaching classes are more likely to serve orientation purposes. more

I tend to follow blogs and newsletters related to authorship, ministry tools and spiritual topics. Renewable Energy advancements and calendar history or time, likewise are interests.
