Connie Duffey has worked in human resource and information technology systems for 30 years. She most recently was the Assistant Vice President, HRIS at Cox Enterprises in Atlanta, Georgia from 2001 – March 2011. As the AVP of HRIS, she led the team to provide Human Resources systems strategy and implementation expertise included PeopleSoft, security, data integrity, project management, reporting, and training development for corporate and subsidiary HRIS-related initiatives.
In addition, Connie has been on the Board of Directors of the International Human Resources Information Management Association (IHRIM) for 4 years. IHRIM’s mission is to be the leading professional association for knowledge, education, and solutions supporting the Human Resource Information Management community.
Before joining Cox, she was regional manager for the southeast region of Cedar, formerly The Hunter Group. Prior to becoming regional manager, she was a consultant and managed PeopleSoft human resource management system implementations in several large organizations.
She also worked in information systems for Hewitt Associates, Purdue University and Indiana Natural Gas prior to The Hunter Group.
Duffey is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
