Background
Crispin began his career with the New Zealand Army as a Field Psychologist completing his service as the Director of Army Psychology Services. He moved to the private sector in 1994, joining Telecom New Zealand where he served as Manager HR Development and Manager Capability. In 2001, Crispin moved to consulting providing services in human resources and organisational development. He has worked with the Asian Development Bank in the Philippines, Indonesia and Pakistan. Locally he has worked with a number of both large and small state sector and Crown Research organisations and small to medium enterprises.

Why is employee engagement a growing problem?
Enough already on the over cooked hyperbole on generational differences. Most of it is all air. We know for a fact that the core issues of engagement are shared across all employees and are not age or generationally variable. more
