What is an example of a thriving community?

I'd have to say that reddit and redditgifts are two of the biggest online communities growing and thriving right now. Both of these communities are massive, international and somehow maintain tight-nit relationships. True they have their struggles, but all communities have struggles. more

It depends upon these factors:
1. Location - Is this debtor located in the same city, state/province or country?
2. Amount - Is the amount under typical Small Claims Court limitations?
3. Aging - How old is this debt and is it nearing the Statute of Limitations (SOL)?
