As a Business Intelligence expert, I specialize in helping businesses (from small business to Fortune 500) use their data to make analytics driven business decisions instead of "gut instinct" best guesses.

I have been told that I have a unique way of creating solutions to business problems. For me, it makes sense to identify what is successful and focus on those things. For those things that aren't successful, I often recommend refocusing efforts on strengths instead of trying to make businesses well-rounded. We may like those people who are well-rounded, but we seek out the experts who have honed their talents; smart businesses focus on their strengths.

I'm a speaker and consultant for entrepreneurs and small business owners as well as a developer of analytics solutions for Fortune 500 companies. *Definition of a Bad Ass: Someone who overcomes their circumstances and learnes how to be outstandingly successful in an area where others are mediocre.
