I am a 20+ year IT professional with wide experience in many IT roles, including management, team leadership, project management, business analysis, systems analysis and development, and process analysis. I have successfully built a career driven by a “total customer" satisfaction ethic in industries as diverse as healthcare, banking, real estate, quick service food, publishing, financial services, print mail, and multi-channel retail apparel.

My experience as a consultant affords me the skills necessary to move fluidly between business and technical functions, collaborating with colleagues of widely different backgrounds and skill sets, while my experience as a member of staff sensitizes me to the realities of organizational behavior and the need to build effective win-win relationships that generate results.
