I started recruiting in engineering and development in 1999 and quickly found myself following clients into other arenas. I have recruited talent for, and not limited to, automotive, consumer products, metals, accounting, oil and gas, aerospace, medical device, heavy truck, and consumer services.

I opened my first recruiting agency in 2002.

Though I always worked for companies, I got to know talent quite well and was in touch with the match with companies. I have reviewed well over 250,000 resumes in my career and felt I need to help people with their careers.

I founded www.youstartmonday.com with the intentions of assisting seasoned and underemployed people in their careers.
