• Responsibilities include, among other subjects, Control and Audit of Offset Agreements and their economical effectiveness within Brazilian Air Force realm.
• Large experience in negotiating financial support for complex acquisition contracts, including some of the most important Brazilian Air Force projects, like:
- The HX-BR Project, which total cost was about EUR 1.9 bi and which was awarded as “The Trade Finance Deal of the Year” by the Trade Finance Magazine ; and
- The FX-2 Project, which is in progress and is estimated in more than USD 5 bi.
• Invited advisor in the PROSUB Project for the Brazilian Navy, involving the acquisition of French submarines and the related infrastructure, estimated in more than EUR 6 bi.
• Key speaker in some international events like GOCA's Global Industrial
Cooperation Conference 2010, in Budapest, and the SMI's Offsets 2011, in Sofia
