• SAP SD Consultant for Unilever – Dr. Zou is part of the Business Engagement Order Fulfillment team in Project Vital, Igloo and Maple Leaf. The project goal is to bring two 4.6 instances onto a single mySAP system. Dr. Zou’s responsibilities include designing the order fulfillment process, including fitting the Foods business to the HPC (Home and Personal Care) template. Dr. Zou reengineered the Foods warehousing EDI process to fit the Vital design, implemented EDI message sets 850, 856, 940, 943, 944, 945, 947, 204, 852 and 996. He also worked in the areas of: Lean Logistics, Red Prairie WMS, CASS Bank, Walmart Private Fleet, CHEP reporting. He was also responsible for the integration with order management, Plan/Source/Make and BW. Besides these functional work, Dr. Zou worked as the central contact of several cycles of EDI testing, by coordinating the efforts among the business, the functional team, developers, the EDI team and 3rd Party Logistics. For the go-live effort, Dr. Zou participated in orchestrating the cut-over plan, coordinated the conversion of in-transit inventory. For user training, Dr. Zou prepared materials for the business trainers on warehousing and transportation workflow procedures. Dr. Zou also worked in pricing, inter-company process, production allocation, WICS/MDA.
• SAP SD Order Management Lead for Campbell’s– Dr. Zou is part of the North America Order to Cash team, responsible to design the order management business processes, EDI inbound (850, 855, 945) and outbound(940), implement and configure sales, pricing, listings/exclusions, production allocation, ATP, material determination, partners, texts, outputs and integration with Transportation, Material Management and Warehouse Management. Dr. Zou also developed functional specifications and coordinated with the technical team on custom developments.
• SAP SD Consultant for Pitney Bowes– Dr. Zou was part of the North America Order Fulfillment team, responsible to design the fulfillment business processes, implement and configure sales, outputs and integration with Material Management and Warehouse Management. Dr. Zou also developed functional specifications and coordinated with the technical team on custom developments.
• SAP SD Team Lead for Konica Minolta – Dr. Zou managed the wholesale Quote to Cash team consisting of 9 client personnel, including key users and IT support staff. He coordinated the evaluation of the fit-gap between the two merged companies, proposal of procedural and system solutions to handle major gaps such as pack-by-tech and the order entry website, analysis of the requirements in customer/material master conversion, and the integration testing / go-live plan. • SAP SD Team Lead for Heineken USA - Dr. Zou managed the order management team consisting of 3 client resources. He was responsible to evaluate business requirements and analyze gaps with the existing live SAP R/3 design/configuration, collect specific functionality requirements and draft functional specifications for new developments/configurations, provide functional consulting regarding best practice/solution in specific areas of Sales/Distribution operations, carry out SD/MM configuration to fulfill requirements, co-ordinate with development team in programming efforts, provide user-support in production environment.
• SAP SD Team Lead for Ogilvy Mather - Dr. Zou managed an SD team consisting of 3 consultants and 5 client personnel. He was responsible to design the Sales and Distribution business processes, implement and configure sales, billing, pricing, jurisdiction taxes, outputs and integration with Material Management. He also worked in the MM module on Purchase Requisitions / Orders, Vendor master, info record, source list, goods receipts and invoice verification. Dr. Zou also led the effort in the conversion of transaction and master data. The SAP R/3 system was implemented corporate wide across 10 company codes simultaneously.
• SAP SD Consultant for IBM Global Financing - As a member of the Pricing/Offer to Acceptance team, Dr. Zou was responsible for the design and configuration of key areas including master agreements, offer acceptance, pricing, reporting, date/status management, integration with workflows/actions and BW reporting. This Leasing Asset Management solution was implemented as the first wave as part of a world-wide rollout.
• SAP SD Consultant for Lotus Corporation - Dr. Zou conducted analysis of upgrade requirements, benchmark testing of upgrade scripts, configuration changes, data conversion and migration and documentation.
