Elijah Medge

Elijah Medge was originally born in Moscow, Russia and moved to the United States at the age of eight. Coming from a government environment that did not promote an entrepreneurial business environment, Elijah understood the opportunity he can take advantage of. He excelled in academics at Florida State University and received a dual major in Psychology and Economics. Evaluating his career path, he wanted to focus on something that would provide him with an opportunity for growth, experience, and recognition of performance. More than anything, he desired to have full control over his own future.
He began working out of a marketing branch in Miami as an entry-level account representative. With no prior sales, marketing, or supervisory experience he was put through a rigorous yet educational executive training program. Under a great leadership team he excelled and within a year was promoted to regional management. Upon acquiring all the necessary skills to manage a successful team and ad campaign, he decided to develop a firm in a growing Nashville market. Understanding the Big Business model, he now aspires to open 25 more locations within the next five years, and eventually expand internationally to Australia.
