I have a successful history in launching new products on the market, leading tactics and strategies, executing well defined project plans. My idea won the Silver Quality International in 2009 and also in the same year The European Medal founded by the Business Centre Club.
I cooperated with Polish, British and Asian advertising agencies, worked on global campaigns. I created the strategy of business development on European markets, implemented the strategy of B2B communication with global clients and media, built and coordinated the marketing department, created CH2B, a new integrated legal service for business clients and won The Silver Quality International award, run a national campaign called 'The Energetic Breakthrough' to change the way of thinking about new sources of energy. I worked with business clients to realize communication and creative strategies, worked with teams of designers, PR specialists, researchers, film-makers to support the corporate images and strategy of clients, presented concepts for approval to ensure that designs meet clients' needs, wrote promotional documents for marketing publications, run business meetings, assisted business clients with their alternative strategies, wrote creative briefs to crafting strategic branding, positioning and a direct response, analyzed the behavior of competitors and consumers on the market, created panels and surveys, managed business events, run campaigns of such a brand as GTS Europe/Poland, Lamislatt, Voltaren, successfully launched Orofar (it was a new brand of Novartis) in Poland and in Central Europe and reached 30% of the OTC market shares in the category of sore throat cures in Poland.
