How should a company go about creating a social media budget? What should they account for?
Staff would probably be the No. 1 area to consider. Hiring an intern is obviously not good enough (though, many companies are still doing this). How big is your company or brand? Do you need a Director, Manager, Coordinator, etc. to see campaigns through? You ... more
