If you were building a company would you prefer 1 super star or 100 really good employees?
I will opt for the 100 good employees over one superstar any day. Attrition is a given in business and if my "superstar" leaves, they take my company with them. Besides, superstars are made, not born. 100 potential superstars sound better to me. more
