I have spent the past 30 years developing my skills in financial, operational and general management. During that time, I have held C-level leadership roles in a broad cross section of organizations ranging from multi-billion dollar listed companies to high growth startups. My greatest focus for the majority of my career has been on strategic planning, which includes everything from conception, plan articulation and measurement, all the way through to execution.

One of the most common challenges that I come across in the strategic planning and forecasting process, is the level of human bias and the way that bias manages to disregard proven historic trends, as well as known and often measurable forces, both internal and external to the organization. That is what led me to create Praedx. I don't believe it's possible to eliminate bias completely from the forecasting process, but it is possible to work within a structured process that forces the user to take proper account of past events and to attribute specific values to future initiatives. That is what Praedx is designed to achieve
