Gita has extensive experience in business process engineering in the Sales and Marketing function. She has helped both public and private companies in the manufacturing, technology, transportation, telecommunications and healthcare verticals with their CRM strategy and roadmap. She has over 4 years of CRM Project Management experience and has managed the rollout of Salesforce.com over in over a three dozen business units. Gita’s philosophy is to understand and quantify the key drivers of a CRM implementation as they relate to a company’s mission. She then uses this knowledge to define, manage and collectively engage clients in a compelling salesforce.com implementation that sets the foundation for new value drivers in a company. She obtained her Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Strategy from Rice University in 2005.
