Glen Green specializes in providing executive-level leadership demonstrating the value of design driven by form, function, science and art. During Glen’s career he has been equally involved in strategy and design, as well as implementation and production. He has more than 21 years of production and design management experience in multimedia, application development and information systems. For more than 10 years Glen has worked at CIBER, primarily managing the web development and web system applications for various brand units of GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). Glen’s work resulted in him being awarded 1st place winner of GlaxoSmithKline's 2006 MLP Interactive Pearl Award.

How much value do you place in on-line recommendations (e.g. LinkedIn) while you source candidates?
I agree with points made by both Glen and Karen. Any recommendation made by a former employer can have a positive impact on a potential candidate. Online tools like LinkedIn allow for both recommendations to be made as well as links to be posted. This ... more
