My experience covers all HR disciplines across a number of industries including High Tech, Professional Services, Insurance, Banking and Medical. I have significant experience in implementing organisational design and restructuring programmes.

I also regularly speak to groups of professionals on my passions – creating world class HR Teams, making people the heart of your business strategy and the future role of Human Resources in organisations.

I have written 'Tales of Talent: A Modern Fable for Today's Leaders' - an innovative, thought provoking book on implementing organisational strategy through talent.
