Hania Whitfield has an extensive communications, retail sales, management, operations and customer service training background. Beginning in 1978, her retail management positions span High-End Specialty stores to specialty department stores like Neiman Marcus and discounter Marshall’s. Her strengths are in Communications, Operations and Customer Service Training - both in practice and origination of new policies and procedures. Having the good fortune of some excellent and very demanding mentors, Hania has acquired a broad spectrum of experience in all facets of retail and communications. Experienced in Integrated Communications, Copywriting/Editing/Publishing, Loyalty Marketing, Troubleshooting, Turnaround, and Increased Profit Margins / Sales through increased Customer Repeat / Referral business and Email / Social Media Marketing, most recently in franchise specialty retail.

Hania is also a motivational speaker, trainer, and writer for every business level on high end customer service, social media marketing, and small business operations.
