Mel is correct.....the other red flags are the people that talk the talk, but haven't walked the walk. They tell the "story" but have a difficult time backing up their concepts with real situations. more

Is it possible to run a 100% virtual office?

I agree with Carlos. Visiting the office on occasion is socially acceptable and should be regimented (once a month, week, or periodically). I don't feel that 100% provides for the communications for a firm. Working from home, in today's world, is very acceptable. more

What's the difference between a 'Sourcer' and a 'Recruiter'?
