Jason Boltax

Jason Boltax is the president and founder of JHB Human Capital Management, a human resources consulting firm. Jason has a distinguished career in human resources. Having consulted to a variety of industries including media, financial services, technology, healthcare, higher education, and nonprofit organizations, Jason is recognized for his innovative bottom-line driven solutions through integrated HR services and technology.

Jason provides consultative services in the areas of organizational effectiveness, HR process evaluation and reengineering, performance and talent management, training and development. Jason uses his vast knowledge of HR administration and technology to assist organizations in meeting their human resources challenges.

Jason earned his master’s degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University with a concentration in organizational change and consultation.

Jason is also the founder of The HR Alliance, an association that helps HR professionals broaden their business networks and share knowledge and expertise to stay on top of the latest trends, strategies, and best practices in human resources.
