Why do CMO’s lack credibility with CEO’s?

The post and article assumed that there is no credibility exists for CMO which is rather irrational assumption. When repeated failures negatively impact business results, credibility of anyone goes down and not just CMO. Result based matrix and or processes should help to avoid issues. more
