In the last 6 years Jennifer has been working with some of the best boards throughout the country providing specialized governance consultancy services to assist company directors of for-profit and not-for-profit organisations achieve great governance and improved organisational performance. Her expertise is a result of over 10 years in private legal practice with one of Australia’s pre-eminent law firms combined with over 10 years sitting on various State and Australia-wide boards and management committees. Jennifer also facilitates a number of modules for the Australian Institute of Company Directors “Company Directors Course”.
She is currently sits on the following boards:

- MAP Financial Planning Pty Ltd (as Chair of the Board)
- Queensland Independent Schools Block Grant Authority Limited
- Asthma Australia
- Queensland University of Technology Alumni Board
