I'm a recruiting industry veteran. Over the years, I've been recognized and interviewed by the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the San Francisco Business Times and Inc Magazine. I've been featured on websites and blogs like NerdStalker.com, XtremeRecruiting.tv and more. I'm also a blogger interested in emerging issues, trends, and technologies related to recruiting and hiring. I host a regular podcast called NED featuring the influencers and innovators in the world of recruiting.

Currently (my day job), I'm the Head of Marketing and a Co-Founder of Newton Software, a technology company developing popular, easy-to-use applicant tracking software. Prior to starting Newton Software, I co-founded Gravity Technologies Inc., a company that owns and operates several autonomous businesses in the human capital management industry. As the Vice President of Business Development, I led Gravity Technologies to be named to the San Francisco Business Times “Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies” list in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008.
