John Leonardelli

John Leonardelli, a Partner Development Specialist with ShoreTel, brings 28 years of voice, data and wireless telecommunications experience in various sales, management and operational roles. His current position involves the primary focus on assisting Partners with sales, technical and engineering training. John's strong technical background has been focused on IP Telephony, Contact Centres, Video Conferencing and complex technical solutions. His certifications include ShoreTel, Nortel, Avaya, Cisco, Mitel, Tandberg and Telecommunications Management. His educational background includes a degree in electronics engineering and telecommunications at Humber College of Applied Arts and Technology, where he also held a teaching position. Recent educational endeavors include several business programs at the Schulich School of Business.
