My work currently focuses on IT & project turnarounds, software & vendor selections, business case analysis, strategy evaluations and IT assessments. These assessments include evaluations of clients’ IT organizations, IT systems and performance (applications and infrastructure), reporting capabilities, and key processes and procedures. These assessments also include an evaluation of clients’ historical IT budgets and how their current budgets align to tactical and strategic plans.
Prior to this work, I served as a business analyst, project manager, & IT consultant delivering outsourcing services to a wide range of clients from foodservice distribution companies to staffing companies.
