Jon-Michail is the CEO of Image Group International an Australian based corporate and personal brand image advisory and coaching organisation represented in over 18 countries.
A great believer in empowering the individual and community, Jon and his team specialises in creating, developing and managing individuals “personal brands” and has represented some of the who’s who in the world of business, government, sport and entertainment.
As a past award winning designer with Christian Dior, he further studied International Business Management at Monash University and Media Relations at RMIT University. He pioneered the concept of holistic image management and has personally coached over 5000 one-on-one clients and tens of thousands in his seminars. Jon is regarded worldwide as the image advisor’s advisor.
Jon-Michail is also a past winner of the prestigious International Image-Maker of the Year USA Award (the only Australian to have won this award to date) a recipient of the Australian Achievers Award and winner of the Hong Kong Bank Business Award for export services, along with many other business and marketing achievements. Jon-Michail is also a bestselling author of the book “Life Branding.”
He presently sits on numerous boards including of the AFL Coaches Association (AFLCA), The African Think Tank, The Whitelion Leadership Council, Life Education Chairmans Council,is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and a Fellow of Leadership Victoria. Jon is an enthusiastic collector of Aboriginal Art and a supporter of Collingwood Football Club. He lives in Melbourne with his wife and life partner, two teenage boys and two dogs and practices ‘laughing at himself’ as he believes that life is too short to be taken (too) seriously.
