Joy M. Johnson is a seasoned executive who brings over twenty-five years of business experience with a career foundation at IBM and progressively responsible leadership roles in NYNEX Business Centers, Chubb Corporation, Delta Airlines and her own firm, GrowthMindset. She has held full P&L accountability and made major contributions in strategic planning, leadership, operations, marketing, and new business development. For the last seven years she has been working with business leaders to maximize bottom line results by focusing on such things as leadership skills, productivity, team collaboration, revenue growth and expense control.
