What is the vendor landscape like in Europe, Are they building large clouds there?

So yes- people have built large Clouds here, particularly in Ireland where the tax regimes are favourable, but it's yet to be seen whether large continental data centres will be effective in a region where we should be harmonised but we are often not...

Thanks Ben for starting an interesting discussion- sorry for jumping in late here!
In terms of standards- I could come across heavy handed- but consistently when talking to prospects and backed up by quantitative research, buyers are put off Cloud because of Security and Data concerns.
